Event Checklist
First, an address….
The camp is located at 10740 Refugee Rd SW, Pataskala OH 43062. For the privacy and safety of all, I do NOT publish this anywhere else. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS.
Our home, and training facility, are located 450 feet off the road, and we are 1/2 mile West of Rte 310, 5 minutes off I-70. We are located on the North side of the road.
Note to Commuters: There are NO COMMUTERS. All athletes are residents.
Fill out/mail in advance
**Only one per summer is needed. You do Not have to fill out another one if you've done so for a camp already this summer.**
- Copy of insurance card
- Emergency Medical Release form filled out – bring with you or attach PDF in an email – be sure to point out any allergies
- Any required medication while at camp. Medication needs to be sealed, with the athlete's name on it, and include instructions

Personal Items to bring
There are 3 days of intense training…undetermined number of workouts but be prepared for a lot of them.
- Workout Shorts: About 3 – 5
- Workout Shirts: About 10 shirts is recommended.
- Towels: A couple towels. Showers are REQUIRED for all athletes after every session. You may borrow towels from us if you choose.
- Shower gels/soaps are provided but you can bring your own. Be sure to bring your own deodorant PLEASE!
- Swimming trunks if getting in the pool (Not permitted to wear shorts you worked out in)
- Wrestling Shoes
- Running Shoes (NOT sandals!)
Recommended: Mark your clothes (especially attack system shirts, and definitely towels) Name, initials, etc.
Sleeping Arrangements
We do not have a dorm here. Wrestlers will sleep on the mats or in sleeping bags. With this in mind, be sure you bring what you need to be comfortable: pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, air mattresses if you'd like. We do not provide linens so be sure to bring your own.
Attack System Premier Health Protocol
This protocol is Specifically Designed to keep you as healthy as possible. All participants are required to follow it completely .
What to avoid
Snacks are discouraged unless due to a medically documented condition. Athletes who do bring snacks, and make a mess, will get their snacks taken away from them.
Showers required after all workouts. Expect it and be prepared for it.
No Parents at workouts. Parents are encouraged, however, to attend the Final Exam (last session), 3-4 pm on Day Three.
Exceptions: Some parents choose to pick up dirty laundry, bring clean clothes, etc.
Note: Bringing personal items (jewelry, money, etc) is to be avoided. You will not need money while at camp. If you want to purchase additional items (shirts, shorts, dry-fit shirts, DVD’s), you may do so at check-in or departure.
Note: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are provided at this event, in addition to snacks at night. Your athlete will not starve here!
Swimming Pool Requirements
While at camp, you are welcome to swim in our pool, as long as you abide by the following rules:
Swimming trunks only
Swimming trunks that have not been worn during a wrestling session
All swimmers are required to shower prior to entering the pool
No clothes worn in a session can be worn in the pool
Abide by pool rules: No diving! Abide by all rules set by the owners.
